1. No Refunds

Gold Squad Shop operates under a strict No Refund Policy. All sales made through our online store are final. By placing an order with us, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size ordered

• Shipping delays

• Dissatisfaction with product design, material, or appearance

• Perceived quality issues not caused by a production defect

We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to accept or decline any refund request under exceptional circumstances. If a refund is granted, it will be processed in the original form of payment, minus any shipping costs and processing fees.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business and the print-on-demand production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every item is made to order and manufactured specifically for the customer upon purchase. As such, we cannot offer replacements for sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

3. Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer

All products sold on Gold Squad Shop are fulfilled and printed by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider. As a result:

• GOLD SQUAD Inc. and Gold Squad Shop are not liable for any errors, defects, or damage resulting from Printful’s production, packaging, or shipping process.

• Issues such as misprints, defects, or damaged items must be reported directly to Printful using their resolution process.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you may contact us at contact@goldsquad.io within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item(s)

• A description of the issue

We will assess the claim and may refer the case to Printful for further resolution. However, submission of a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will pursue action against any attempts to reverse legitimate purchases. By ordering from Gold Squad Shop, you agree to these terms and waive any right to dispute legitimate charges with your bank or card issuer.

6. Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the purchase of goods from Gold Squad Shop shall be handled exclusively by the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
